Where is the Heritage Corridor?
The Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) encompasses the communities and counties along the historic 97-mile Illinois and Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor. The Heritage Corridor spans from the Chicago Portage Area just southwest of Chicago to LaSalle-Peru including the counties of Will, Grundy, LaSalle and Putnam. The region conveniently located along I-55 from Chicago to Joliet along I-80 west to LaSalle-Peru.

Starved Rock Country Brew Festival

New addition to the Ottawa Festivals this year will be Starved Rock Country Brew Festival. City will be co-hosting this Festival with Lou Dog Events that specialize in Craft Brew Festivals. This years event will include 30 Breweries from all over Illinois. Tickets will be available shortly! The $30 cost will include glass and 20 3ounce tastings. Gates open to everyone at 1pm with and early admission option for an additional charge of $10 at Noon!
