2019 WWII Radio Show

With Veterans Day right around the corner, Starved Rock Lodge is hosting their WWII Radio Show from Monday November 11, 2019 through Wednesday November 13 from 11:30am- 3pm.

The show will be featuring favorites such as “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” “In the Mood,” and “Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree.” This costumed and piano-accompanied trio reenact a 1940’s radio hour that is perfect for all ages.

The group will entertain the “studio audience” with Andrew Sisters-style tunes and choreography, Abbott and Costello comedy sketches, while answering musical requests from soldiers and loved ones during wartime, for a touching tribute to Veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

The Matinee Performance is $36 including lunch buffet and show and the Matinee Performance with overnight stay is $126, including lunch buffet, show and overnight stay for 2.
