Winter Lecture Series, Speaker - Dr. Gavin Van Horn, Author, Director - Cultures of Conservation at the Center for Humans and Nature

Join Dr. Gavin Van Horn as he shares readings and reflections from his recent book The Way of Coyote: Shared Journeys in the Urban Wilds. He will discuss how wildlife can further connect us to the importance of re-storying Chicagoland, from our backyards to the bioregion.

Lectures begin at 7:00pm, doors open at 6:30pm. The Midewin Welcome Center is located at 30239 S. State Rte. 53 Wilmington, IL 60481. Lectures are free, however space is limited and registration is required. Call 815-423-6370 or e-mail SM.FS.Midewin_RSVP@usda.gov to register.
