The best way to learn about birds is to see and hear them. Learn from an interpretive naturalist and other like-minded birders as you take a bird hike through oak-hickory forest near the Des Plaines River. The program begins with a short presentation about one particular bird or bird topic. Meet at Frederick's Grove Shelter, and be sure to dress for the weather. The hike will be 1-2 miles over uneven, natural terrain. For ges 18 or older. Registration required by Thursday, June 7.
