Where is the Heritage Corridor?
The Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) encompasses the communities and counties along the historic 97-mile Illinois and Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor. The Heritage Corridor spans from the Chicago Portage Area just southwest of Chicago to LaSalle-Peru including the counties of Will, Grundy, LaSalle and Putnam. The region conveniently located along I-55 from Chicago to Joliet along I-80 west to LaSalle-Peru.

Quarantine Concerts at the Rialto Square Theater

The sounds of the historic pipe organ have been coming from the Rialto Square Theatre for years, and you can enjoy them live on Facebook for the next three Fridays at 12 pm.

Tune in this Friday, May 22 for Taylor Trimby – former staff organist at the Rialto.  Currently, Taylor serves as the treasurer of the Chicago Area Theatre Organ Enthusiast (CATOE) and on their work crew. Recently he was elected as the Executive Secretary for the American Theatre Organ Society (ATOS).

Every Friday through June 5th, 2020 the Rialto Square Theater will be hosting live streaming organ concerts on their Facebook page.

The remaining line-up includes Carl DeSanti on May 29 and Dennis Nawracaj on June 5.
